Summer is on and we are back in the game with July’s 2013 edition of our Startup school…

For this edition we have 12 highly-motivated young entrepreneurs, fiercely eager to learn as much as they can about the flourishing Silicon Valley’s startup world. They are all very passionate about their projects and they are determined to make their dreams come true. This session’s participants bring a mix of professional disciplines, varying from engineering to design, real-world experience and intriguing business projects. It’s also great to see that we were able to attract high-caliber women to the group.

So, now you may be wondering whether these people are genius or just crazy folks with a dream?

Check out their bios here…We leave you the matter of judgment! 😉

Most of them didn’t even have to deal with jet-lag as they were too excited about discovering SF and its beauties. To get started we went for a picnic at Golden Gate Park, then bicycling to Sausalito and we ended up going to SF Giant vs NY Mets baseball match!

In these 3 weeks we want to give them the chance to take risks and have everything at stake on their wagers. After a while, they have realized that in the magic world of San Francisco everything can happen and that’s why we encouraged them to go out and get as many feedbacks about their projects as they can. Interestingly enough, even when we went out for having some good fun, many of them did not hesitate to talk to strangers about their projects just to see how did they feel about it.

Back at school, we have run different modules about value proposition, lean startup method, presentation skills, legal issues, business development… So, they are now getting ready for the final GYM Session which requires to do some brain stretching before pitching their projects towards the mentors’ audience!

Don’t miss out the next episode, the next big thing can be right behind the corner…
