Senior Innovation Advisor – Spain

Davide is a Senior Innovation Advisor at Mind the Bridge, where he supports corporates, startups, and public institutions in designing and executing innovation strategies.

With over 10 years of experience in the Innovation field, he began his journey as Accelerator & Open Innovation Program Manager at H-FARM, one of the leading Innovation hubs in Italy, later gaining hands-on experience within startup teams and then moving into Innovation Strategy Consulting with top-tier firms such as Bain & Company, Arthur D. Little, and Accenture Strategy.

Davide believes that innovation is a key driver of growth and resilience in society, and his approach blends strategic rigor with curiosity, experimentation, collaboration, and a strong passion for impact.

Born in Italy, he holds a Master’s degree with honors in Management from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where he graduated in 2016 with one of the first theses on the B-Corp model written in Europe. He also completed executive programs in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at CASS Business School (London) and in Sustainability Management at Bocconi University (Milan).

In his free time, Davide explores creative spaces through filmmaking, music, and photography, always on the lookout for interesting stories.
