Bianca Palici
Innovation Advisor – Spain
Originally from Italy, Bianca has lived, studied, and worked across many countries, but somehow keeps coming back to Barcelona. After a Bachelor’s at Bocconi University in Milan, she moved to Spain for a Master’s in International Management at Esade, with a CEMS double degree that took her all the way to Singapore, the perfect excuse to explore Southeast Asia and tick a few more countries off her travel list.
Bianca joined Gartner as a consulting intern, working on AI adoption strategies for a major banking client. She also led student consulting projects helping NGOs improve their fundraising and digital strategies. It was then during her time supporting early-stage ventures at a US accelerator that her interest for open innovation truly took shape, eventually leading her to join Mind the Bridge.
When she’s not working, Bianca is most likely hunting for art exhibitions, skiing, or trying to improve her paddle game. She also adores kids (she recently came back from a teaching project in Indonesia), and lives by one rule: travel far, eat local.
